You should try and zoom out next time or get somebody else to film you. It’s very difficult to follow an assembly from a POV

I have no idea. But how did that happen? Ours are used dayly and still in perfect shape.

Looks like it will break in few months for commercial use ...its only for looks good ..do not touch it options 😂

But why commercial? This is not a professional chair. For home use, we are using them for more than 2 years and they are perfect as in the first day.
