If anybody is reading the comments before watching the video, don't waste your time to search for another teacher, none of them (except Julia Usher) can match this gentleman's knowledge, skills, an eye for perfection and creativity.

I'll never make a wedding cake but I found watching this video to be absolutely fascinating and entertaining. I just watched a brilliant artist create a breathtaking masterpiece. WOW!! Thank you for sharing your astounding talent and artistry with us.... the ones who EAT your masterpieces.

Definitely not your typical "Walmart" cake, lol. I don't know the price of this cake but whatever he charges it is well worth it. Don't think I have seen anyone who is so meticulous about thinking through EVERY aspect of the cake. The stability of the presentation, transportation, and affect it has on the structure. A true master.
