In that area , the houses are far away and most of them do not have many members in their families (Remote side)As for the deceased, it was surrounded by rent houses and two hostels only . If it was done somewhere crowded like police colony or ADc colony where IRB and NAB camp subsists.. its highly unlikely this incident would have happened
