Fire traps won't kill you, lightning ground trap might if you eat all 3 pulse, almost every move by guards with a charge up will one shot you, running in a curved line keeps you safe most of the time

@@mayfallspirit no idea if eb is reliant on inq regen or something, but try out the non zhp pob in the edit instead if you're worried. Yeah lagging sucks bad in sanctum, I always play in lockstep so I can immediately logout whenever a spike comes

@@kua1558 you dont even take the regen until uber lab so its not reliant on it - but you dont get any of the huge upsides from scaling eb with battlemage from inq aswell as the attribute scaling through righteous providence and shapers touch. so scaling wise it makes 0 sense to go assassin and i would just go eb inq if youre really uncomfortable with assassin max hits

seems decent although i prefer energy blade inquis with pbod instead of this - needs less gear to start so you can go straight from ba and scales a lot better for all content but this is definitely the way if you want a sanctum only character

Noob question, Since my Necropolis is my first ever league(and i started late), so I don't know how a league start condition nor economy will be. I've seen many content that people doing sanctum on a league start. I wonder why is that? is there a particular reason this is better than regular mapping on a League Start?

In leaguestart, everyone is currency poor, so items won't be selling for much (e.g stuff like essences, alva temples) Furthermore, you'll need time investment before you get to fully complete atlas and start doing the juicy strats. Now add on the currency investment to get your character to be able to handle juice. Even if you are an extremely good player, you're still going to take like half a day before you finally get to start earning a consistent income. On the other hand, sanctums if you are able to complete them, already provide an average of 6d/hr with low level tomes and no relics. This is already competitive with low tier mapping strats except you're doing it 6 hours into the league vs half a day later. This early div is extremely valuable due to the "everyone being poor" thing I mentioned earlier. For example, this league ralakesh impatience was 3div when I got it, and on day 2 it was already 10+ div. Sanctum also scales very well. Fully optimized with proper relics, you get to 20d/hr, which is doable on day 1 if you're good. I believe this is already a top tier solo currency strat (minus things like flipping, crafting and t17 shit) and being able to earn that amount/hr on day 1 is crazy. All that to say, sanctum gives you a very quick path to making consistent good div/hr on day 1, is a high end currency strat(minus degen stuff like affliction and t17s recently) and if you make good investments, you can make a mirror a day.

Amazing video ❤ Never played sanctum on d1, what is average price of 1 ~i73 book on 10-15 hour of the league? And are there enough of them on trade on 5-7 hour in to the league? What do you think about ignoring Kitava kill? Swiftbrand is bad? Also, will you have a short video/build update after patch notes?

no clue about prices then as im already running 83s, yes there will be enough tomes i much prefer 2 passives for more damage, resistance is kinda pointless swiftbrand and faster casting both have their pros and cons, my recommendation is to just switch between them and see which one you like better

What do you usually do after sanctum if you get bored? I always do solo 5way day 1 into MF so I have no clue about other content at all :"D

Have not played it, but from what I've seen, here's how I'd rank sanctum builds: Penance above everything (brand attachment range is stupid), hexblast second, then it's a mix of stuff like icicle mine, shockwave totem, cold exsang.

opportunistic but i wouldn't recommend it, you'll have around 5m dps only assuming lvl 70 and lvl17 gems

I'm using heatshiver, so when I don't have enough damage to freeze, I lose even more damage. That being said, I tested a straight out of acts char in lvl 73 tome with 3m dps(lower than that in reality) and non lowlife to tank some guard hits. It's still pretty fast, could get to Lycia in 16 minutes but, you'll need to be able to do lycia lightning maze (which I can't skill issue) as it's not high enough dmg.

yeap, if you hate heist, you could instead rush exiled will + ruckus on atlas tree and do cr to afford the initial transition tho i think it's too rippy for my tree and might get screwed by the rng proc

The gloves said you need to spend mana to get flat crit chance, does it also work with EB?

nope, you don't get flat crit just the cheapest way to get a pesudo 5.5 link with a +2 pair edit: uncorrupted thunderfist competes with a +2 kalisa so get that if not expensive (replace hypothermia with faster casting)

@@beasthaven1571 tried a run and was able to get a3 done in 1hr5mins like this (couldnt bring myself to continue i hate playing mines with no throw speed xd) lvl 1 - freezing pulse - arcane surge, stormblast mine lvl 4 - add frostblink, stormblast mine - swift assembly , orb of storms - arcane surge, lvl 8 - stormblast mine - swift assembly -added lightning/cold, orb of storms - arcane surge - added lightning/cold lvl 10 - swap frostblink for flame dash lvl 16 - add herald of thunder, skitterbots lvl 18 - stormblast mine - swift assembly - elemental focus/trap and mine dmg, orb of storms - added lightning - added cold/faster casting lvl 24 - add flammability, wave of conviction, do flat fire crafts lvl 28 - replace stormblast with pyroclast mine

She starts channelling a lightning beam skill that will always go off and one shot my char that is annoying (to me) to dodge She can cast it in p2 as well but it gets cancelled

what i paid in necropolis, might've misremembered slightly but it's mostly accurate singularity - 5c heatshiver - 3c rise of the phoenix - 8c voll's protector - 1c cotb 1 - 1c cotb 2 - 1c kalisa's grace - 4c carnage heart - 4c annoint - 3c rmr jewel - 1c jewel 1 - 1c jewel 2 - 1c boots - 3c belt - 3c = 39c total depends on how early you get to the heisting stage but if you are slower at doing acts and stuff, it still shouldn't take more than 50c (price of heatshiver can jump up to 20c but the other unique prices will fall by then too)

stormblast mine with minefield will help you get down higher level bosses sooner

@@kua1558 that's fair, but it's an option. I did some tests early in the league (did hundreds of hours of sanctum last league, 100mil dps storm brander) and i was able to run lvl 83 sanctums with 1 mil first tick pbrand dps without any boons, but stormblast 60% buff helped me make sure lycia died before lightning storm. it's only good for preloading on the 4 boss rooms, the other rooms all die quickly enough. I foolishly started occy hexblast mine this league and it feels like it needs a lot more to get to 83s than pbrand so going back to assassin.
