Naoi's Hidden blade isn't the first rotating one we've seen, though it is historically. By release, Connor's Hidden Blade was a Pivot blade itself. Only difference between the two is the blade type, with Conner's being a hunting knife, and Naoi's being a Tantō.

If Oda was a Templar, why should Yasuke join the Assassin Brotherhood? It is the dishonor of the samurai. In the last scene, he still wears samurai armor with the emblem of the Oda clan. In AC lore, when the Japanese Assassins made contact with Nobunaga, he was sympathetic to their cause and promised an alliance once he had unified his country. However, after he came into possession of a Sword of Eden, the possibility of an alliance was compromised.

Loving the realism, heres a little known fact about Yasuke, not only was he a briliant Samerai that had to be dug from obscurity but he was also the Pride FC, Strikeforce and UFC champ champ, in all promotions at the same time so deff off haters.

So we are getting both sides. One which is more an homage to early AC games with stealth. Then other where more brutallity aspect of combat coming from recent AC games (Valhalla)

Why are you lying like this it was only written once that he “sometimes”held nobunagas weapons it was not his primary duty. he was given a stipend and a home and was made bushi . He was a warrior retainer in service to his feudal lord and that is exactly what a samurai is

Naoi has become my favorite first female Japanese assasin descending from the iga clan and the skills she inherited and was passed on from the teachings of ezio and many assasins in Europe working with yasuke as an Allies to atone for the sins of wiping out the iga in the name of nobunaga unification and the two would become best friends and respected warriors in their own right stopping the templars taking over of Japan and the warlords in league with them as nori have her vengeance against the Templar overall conspiracy plot.

@@danielcastaneda4975 he was a Kosho, which is the gateway rank to becoming a samurai. he didn't become a samurai because his lord was betrayed and then we lost all record of him and his actions. his master, Nobunaga, had already been mentioned in AC lore, and in lore he was an ally to the brotherhood but ended up being killed by them, and so having Yasuke go from his kosho to an ally of the assassins makes complete sense

We, Japanese, LOVE black samurai as fictional characters, but don't claim it's historically true. Yasuke 100% would have a family name recorded if he was a real samurai. And Yasuke is definitely not a name for proper samurai, it's a name for boys or peasant farmers😅
