@@vesal72 I’m not taking about the teleport, I’m talking about how Basim keeps hesitating before he stabs. It’s slow and unsatisfying whereas in the older games like AC3 the stab was quick and efficient that made smooth stealth runs satisfying to play & watch.

If you pay attention to the lore, it makes perfect sense. The OSU have powers that humans can only dream of and know things that humans are incapable of comprehending. Basim has an Isu inside his mind and is unknowingly using that Isu power to make these otherwise impossible movements. If you can accept that the Isu leave imprints of themselves to leave messages throughout millenia, breaking the laws of time and space, then there's no reason to think that this is impossible.

I've seen Assassin Focus chains that are definitely more than two people long. Can you not do that (yet)?

@@quanthai201 I know Eivor is a tank, but to be honest, speed > strength. We don’t even know if Eivor is canonically that tanky anyway since it could just be gameplay mechanics. When fighting Basim, he has a move where he can stab Eivor with a hidden blade, but Eivor just shakes it off. Keep in mind, this is DURING GAMEPLAY. When Basim stabbed Eivor with the hidden blade in a cutscene, Eivor could barely even walk it off. Mirage Basim would probably low diff Eivor due to being so fast, that the animus renders it as him teleporting. Valhalla Basim is also an older and more experienced version of Basim. All I’m saying is that Eivor can win fights, but it has to be a logical reason as well. If Basim is canonically THAT fast, it makes no sense for him to lose to Eivor.
