You probably dont get to have 4 items at 20min. Ahri is balanced, his hands are not.

Hi LegitKorea, thanks for bring back the regular uploads. I have been climbing this season and just got to emerald with Ahri, and been learning lots from you! Some questions are that I have seen some Chinese Ahris build protobelt and wanted to ask your opinion on viability of the item. Also, could you consider posting some match-up guides? Some struggles with Ahri for me has always been Fizz and Yasuo, but new meta picks like Karma and TF also seems problematic (laning looks fine, but if you can't kill them they seem to just out-tempo you). Thanks again for the upload.

You can go this build if enemy is not stacking hard MR. It was just accelerated this game.
