I have a problem with programming mode. When I hold down the lock button it flashes once red, then three times green, and it never goes red after that to prompt me for the admin code, no matter how long I hold it down for. It does the same thing if I only momentarily press the lock button, so it doesn’t seem to register I’m holding the lock button down and want to enter program mode. Am I doing something wrong?
