Does anyone else find gunfire relaxing?

Keeping the rain and fire sounds playing in the background the whole time was a really good idea, it added a lot to the overall atmosphere and coziness of this video, I really enjoyed it 😌. Also enjoyed the Triggers of course, especially the tapping on the Whale Brush, the Follow My Instructions and Follow The Light parts, the Personal Attention part, with all the "picture this in your mind" and following questions about it, and loved the Face Brushing and Fluffy Wrist Bracelets parts, thank you Gibi 😊.

I just said this to myself the other day. She's always doing something new and different; she even learned how to play the lyre for a historical ASMR session set in a medical tent during the Trojan War. I had to look it up as I'd never heard that the Greeks used music for medicinal purposes, but it turns out that followers of the cult of Pythagoras believed that music was a pure expression of mathematics which they believed was the language of cosmic order and could be used to treat a variety of physical ailments. Members of this cult may well have used musicians in a medical setting (although I have yet to find an actual historical example of this). Gibi does her research.

The part where you told us to imagine things and then asked us what they looked like was so relaxing, especially with the rain in the background. I'd love it if you did a whole vid on it!

i love that you use ACCURATE subtitles. im hearing impaired (not fully deaf. just half) and the subtitles really helps to know what you're saying!! thank you sosososo much!

I LOVE the heavy repetition while overly explaining like you did with the string but especially when it’s slightly reworded. “This is purple string. This string is purple. I have some purple string.” It’s soooo good.

Hi Gibi, so regarding the computer parts, the square Synaptics piece is the touchpad from a laptop, and it appears there are 4 micro switches(buttons) on it that probably used to be either mouse buttons or arrow keys. Those little buttons probably make a nice clicking sound, you should definitely check it out. It’s also possible the square touchpad part clicks too if you squeeze it. The round “Disc Mirrors” are the platters from inside a mechanical hard disk drive(HDD), those are actually the parts where data is stored in the form of magnetic charges. They can make some neat sounds. This would be less ASMR friendly but they ring pretty good usually if you hit/tap them with a loose grip or hang them on a finger from the center hole. Anyway, thanks for doing what you do, have a lovely day :).

Was just about to write about the same comment. The PCB is a Lenovo Thinkpad Touchpad (it has scroll buttons and left and right click) and you are right, it does click in when you press it (this feature is used to mark text etc.) :⁠-⁠)

7:02 , 8:34 and 9:13 are examples of triggers for an ultra rare triggers type video, like showing various items up close that has very fine text or details and pointing to specific parts.

Is it just me or it is the most calming thing when you're doing your homework? Literally, I cannot listen to music because all I think about is the lyrics. But ASMR (especially Gibi) just helps me do my homework faster and even my mum noticed!!!

I feel like I have weights on my chest, filled with anxiety ATM, I can’t tell you how grateful I am for this!

I love how you’re on the verge of whispering and talking and explaining simple contexts with that tone would put me to sleep immediately, but I feel like it should be more subtle. Concepts not that simple and not with the remainder that what you’re doing now is explaining, just you talking about your day or retelling a random basic event

One thing I absolutely love is when there is quite background noise (mostly rain or calming music) and some whispering with gentle scratching and tapping. K, I legit never noticed Gibi, but your eyes are very pretty. Mine are boring hazel, but yours are like a calming wolf's. They're gorgeous.

You can get the "disk mirrors" from old hard-drives, they're essentially almost perfect mirrors and quite cool to play with. The magnets inside can also be useful around the house. TLDL crank open your old HDDs and don't just throw them away.

This is my favourite from you. The rain and fire sounds were a good base to layer other sounds on throughout the entire video. ❤

Specific trigger: I really love the sound of a board game, the way the pieces, card, dice, writing on paper, and/or the board is just such a nice trigger. Besides all the yelling and arguing that goes on when we play family games (Sorry or Risk) it’s just nice to focus on the sounds.
