I admit I skipped ahead through your timestamps just to see what was coming because I know I’ll never be able to stay awake past the first two or three items. This is like the ultimate pampering ASMR buffet-each segment easily could be its own short for mid-day stress relief. Seriously. I also appreciate the little touches, like actual steam rising out of the glass bowl (and you not scorching your hands or spilling one drop). Well done, and thank you! You spoil us!

It’s really not peaceful when u go left to right microphone every 30 seconds. It’s an awful technique for someone with insomnia trying to get to sleep !!!surely u see this ????

Interesting, quite the opposite is true for me. I find ear-to-ear and soft-spoken-to-whisper both comforting and a nice sleep-assist. I do wish you good luck with your insomnia-been there, and it’s not fun. Take care!

I completely disagree maybe look at some mono asmr that might be more your thing, I think treasury’s stuff is wonderful

Aww I’m sorry it didn’t work for you. Personally I don’t really ever experience ASMR without the binaural, ear to ear effect and the more the better for me but of course everyone is different. I’m sorry to hear that you struggle with insomnia - it’s truly awful and I hope you can find some content that can help alleviate it a little bit :)
