Same here - I get them on the right side more than the left. But yes, exactly on the nape of the neck.

Same although in my case it starts at the nape of my neck and spreads to my skull, both shoulders and my entire spine. visualizing that, it comes close to a known cross i dont want to talk about lol the scary part is, my IRL name also has a meaning to do with this very cross.
