As someone who feels like they're at their lowest point in life, this really hit hard. Me, my sisters, and my dad are being psychologically abused by his girlfriend and we are all caught in the middle. To top it off, my dad is suicidal. There is nothing I can do about it and I feel so weak. This helped a lot, thanks ever.

Sometimes I just hold in so much pain and I literally never share it with anyone because I want to be a safe and calm space for others. Somedays I hear something on tv or in a video or from someone that just makes me emotional and I cry so hard Im basically screaming Its like just releasing everything Ive been carrying. but Im still by myself when I do this and it honestly just reminds me of how alone I am. I wish someone cared about me enough to just be with me like this. At least I can pretend :)

I've been feeling pretty down because of my scars, my grandma noticed and just touched them and ahh, is so overwhelming to see there all around me and know I did that and I try not to cry about it because mom says is stupid to cry for what I did and that, also the feeling of not wanting them to go and doing more, dunno.
