For people wondering, the wind sound is happening because she’s speaking into the top of the mic, not the side of the mic where the actual sound receptors are! All she needs to do is tilt the microphone up a little so her mouth is perpendicular to the flat panels, not the top spherical part.

The blue yeti standing there literally only has settings to pick up sounds stereo, just the front (cardiod) or from front and the back (sort of an "interview" setting) You never speak into the top of a blue yeti. ​@@justmacc
