This was amazing!! I’ve never seen a cover put on this mic before, but it was still super tingly! I love this mic bc it pics up all subtle sounds you don’t usually hear. I think you’d be able to do a really good inaudible with the tascam with the low talking you did in the beginning, that was super close! I hope you enjoy time with KJ and good luck w the doctors visits!! Also the personal attention plucking/hands movements was so good , my brain melted 😭 Hope you’re having a great day/night 💜💜

Heyyy! Just a few things abt the mic. I have a zoom h4n and it's a really similar audio recorder. These kinds of mics are really good at picking up extremely close sounds and that's about it a lot of the time. If you want ambience and sounds that are further away, you'll have to turn up the recording volume (not 100% sure if your tascam has input and output volumes, but if it does you'll def want to play with those.) The easiest way to figure out what you like for the settings is to pop in an sd card and your headphones and do some test recordings to see what settings you like. Lastly, when I record with my mic I always record audio and video separately then line them up when I edit. That is an option if you want to hear the sounds as you record. Hope something here was helpful!

@@ASMRJADE what I normally do is you get both of them to start recording then clap once as a reference to line them up. Then you can cut out what you need to cut. It's easiest to edit on a computer but well worth it!

Just my opinion I don’t like this mic just because I can’t really hear your natural mouth sounds and that’s one’s thing I love about your videos… hearing you talk so I can hear the crisp sounds this one is too windy so I’m not sure what volume I need to put it On but if it’s low I can’t hear you talk but I can hear the tapping, if it’s too high I can hear you talk but the triggers are too loud… Either way it goes I’m still going to watch the video because you are my fav and I’m going to support you 💗💗 Edit to add: the filter does help 10000% more
