Hi Parker! Like you, I also have a Bible I received as a Christmas gift from my late grandmother back when I was 8 years old. It's a King James translation and it too has my name embossed on it. I'm Catholic so I use the Catholic translation and have a big Catholic Bible with all kinds of footnotes and references in the margins. Like you, I have several Bibles as I took a lot of religion classes in College and studied comparative religion. You want to keep your first Bible though. Because when you get a lot older, you're going to treasure that. Just as I treasure MY first one that my grandmother, who I loved dearly, gave to me when I was a little boy.

Sorry I'm late!! idk whats up with my youtube notifications that I didn't see this one, but I loved it. After the clipboard sounds from Parker's last video this was an awesome follow up with one of my favorite triggers (paper sounds, etc.) Some miscellaneous thoughts: I didn't realize they were remaking How To Train Your Dragon, that's kinda disappointing. I also didn't realize Michael Crichton did the screenplay for the movie. That's some talent given how some writers who insist on adapting their own texts fare. My favorite books are And Then There Were None and Frankenstein, though I have a soft spot for the Harry Potter series, since I wasn't a huge reader as a kid and my dad and I read them together, so I've also done much of my reading out loud. Also another vote for enjoying the soft spoken/whispering. You have a great voice for it and I think you're really good at it! And it's cool hearing you talk about things you like! I hope Parker, and the other sheep, and everyone in the comments is having a great day!! 🥰

Jere are some good books-to-media samples: - American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer - The English Patient - Big Little Lies - The Godfather - All Quiet on the Western Front Hope any of you looking think about it. God bless. Also, I believe Chricton is pronounced like Cry-ton.
Loved this video!😍 Your book asmr is one of the most relaxing one.I would like to see a little bit tracing with the dragon illustrations or with the titles!
this was incredible😍📚
I love this. Asmr book review for the win 🏆 ✨️ 😌
You don't have to explain why your bible isn't worn in that much, no judgment man! Great video thanks for sharing! :)
This video was magnificent! I remember commenting on one of you guys' videos when you first started the channel that Bibles would make great sound, and I was right!! 🎉 One of my favourite books is The Count of Monte Cristo and I think you would really like it! (Ps. It's not necessary to read the complete version. The short version is also great 😉)
I love asmr with books 🇧🇷❤️
I think this is your best video parker!
i bought my own bible the past year so i've read some chapters
It’s always awesome to hear your stories about objects. I wonder what you mean by “Dungeons and Dragons campaigns”…Would love to see a video on that. Btw I’m a book worm so this is my fav video so far! Asmr + books fantástico!!!
the how to train your dragon book sounds are sublime
Hand sounds are super good
omigosh the how to train your dragon books are incredible!!! they're not quite as good as the movies, but i really liked them!!! books are some of my favorite triggers (: also your Bible is in much better shape than mine lol (: thanks so much for this wonderful video!!

and my favorite book of all time is The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. and a book suggestion would be The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick, it's written with half of the story as pictures, it's super cool!
i love book triggers this was such a great one :] also i think that how to train ur dragon book (the movies one) would be great for tracing :0

@@annettyledesma3781 I've never heard of it, I'll have to check it out when next I need a new book! I read so slow 🙃
NIV will always be my favorite Bible translation. It's still fairly close to the "original", but much easier to understand. Great ASMR, I love all books. Oh, and I liked the Jurassic Park book because Hammond dies in it. I feel like since his creations caused so much chaos and destruction, he kinda deserved it. 🤷♀
tapping sounds are so gewddd
I love that you guys are so open about your faith! God Bless
I love your voice ❤❤❤
eeeeee i love this (i just want to say that i loooove reading lmao)
So cool❤❤
Aaaaw Three ship ❤ 🌚 thanks again, this is really motivating guys and also very relaxing, keep it up.
Oh, i could listen to parker geek out all day but his voice is so calming 😴 I agreee, how to train your dragon is PERFECT ! This is like The lion king all over again 😕😭
this was cool bruh !
Beautiful Video. Favorite book 📖 for me will be Pet Semetary by Stephen King. 👑 Please more of the book Asmr. Thank u 🙏
Favorite book is a series actually. The Dark Tower series by Stephen King. Highly recommend. There’s 8 of them. Plenty to tap on. 😅 Also, Souls games are awesome. 👏👏
😂respectfully, Michael Chrichton's last name is pronounced like "cry-tin." the 'ch' in the middle is silent. Great job on the ASMR though! keep up the good work!
顔で癒されて音で癒されて最高の動画だ🫶🏻
Nerd question here: is there any possibility to get those DnD dragon stats? That would be awesome for a campaign I'm planning! 😇
your older Bible is good for your soul and good for my ears 😴 you are definitely making joyful noises for the Lord :)
Your whisper voice is 😮❤
Awesome parker
I love The Lord of the rings 😊 And basically any good fantasy like Narnia, Rangers apprentice etc. 😊
I'm in such agreement with your opinion on the live action remakes!! Some things are just done better in the animation medium and should be kept that way :'( I guess live action is just a way to reach more adult audiences that are close-minded to the medium. Very unfortunate
