There are 10 different types of triggers going from level 1: the most common and mild, to level 10: the most intense and rare sound. Comment down below and tell me what’s your level! 1. Lvl 10 2. Lvl 4 3. Lvl 7 4. Lvl 8 I am immune to the others. You should do Level 10 for 30-60 minutes. This would be my number one ASMR sound I would listen to every night

I think I had a tingle overload at level 10. Tingles went from my head to my neck to my spine. My spine started tingling to the point my body physically hurt. You won.

Don't give up on ever feeling tingles. They vary so greatly in cause and intensity. And microphones, playback devices, and moods make ALL the difference. And long time listeners DO get burnout to where favorite or ANY trigger fails to elicit tingles. At that point an ASMR cleanse is needed. If you're always trying same way of listening to ASMR, try other methods. For example, this video is fairly static. It focuses on one trigger at a time with mostly simultaneous R/L ear stimulation or alternating. Try videos with layered triggers, panning effects, fast or slow, rich bass or delicate glass sounds, etc. Just keep experimenting! Personally, I find contrast to be the most tingly. So light scratch in one ear and a harsh sound in the other. Or when different triggers briefly overlap. Try Blije ASMR for panning; she's got a 4-episode series to explore with. And focus only on the sound being made, not other thoughts, like 'I hope I'll get tingles' or something else. Being relaxed while listening is best mode for tingles. Hope you find some soon!

@@Mandy138Cool yeah I’ve learned I’m a very picky person when it comes to tingles. Even after I find something tingly it usually stops tingling after the first or second watch from a specific clip. Which is why I tend to tingle more during previews then the actual designated time for the trigger :,)

im sensitive af hahaha level and im all out haha, ive known asmr since 13 yrs ago and there are no much asmr artists back then. Everytime i tell people what asmr is they dont know what it is, now you can test everyone if they can feel tingles or not. Its amazing!

Your asmrs are the best it always makes everone happy and sleepy thank you for being alive in this world

Unfortunately none of these triggered tingles but levels 7 and 8 I found almost hypnotic ❤❤❤. It was so relaxing that not even the cat 🐱 could disturb me 😊😊.

Honestly i would jump off my bed and land on my stomach

I lost at level 8. Those mouth sounds gave me a long tingle (not to mention level 9, that was brutal) Excellent video

I can’t get tingles at all but I still find ASMR relaxing. Specifically personal attention ones. Idk what it is but having a good whisper voice is super calming to me.
