I have this phone but I don't use it anymore,I first got it back in 2014, there's 2 dual sim card slots, mine came with two batteries, a charger with the power bank and micro USB cable and the micro USB headphones, and it came in a pink metal tin case. It has the ability to go on the mobile web and take photo and video but not the best quality.

If you are refering to the memory card, there is nothing wrong with it, some people just don't know how to insert it correctly.

My daughter got one and we were wondering how does the audio player work? She's got a SD card in it and you can open songs from the file manager but you can't open them from the audio player.

Correct, once you have put songs on the phone, you can only play them from the file manager :/ this method is quote tedious to play music! I have not yet figured out how to move the files to the audio player.

3G is necessary! Unfortunately. It wont recognize the sim if you insert a 4g or 5g sim. I know T-Mobile in the states works and Rogers in Canada works

If u live in the US it's because it's a 2g/3g phone and we don't have 2g phone towers anymore. Just 4g/5g...

A sim makes you able to send calls & texts. You can use the phone for all other functions if you don't put a sim in it (pictures, music)

If you have a cell phone right now that you use to call/text, that means you have a SIM card in your phone so all you have to do is take it out and put it in the new phone. I use an earring to open SIM card slots from smartphones :)
