Asian always have the best spa treatment. Like this spa in China, Vietnamese barbershops, and the Indonesian Creambath. They are beyond relaxing.

I live in Germany, and the closest thing I could find was a Thai massage (I chose foot reflexology massage). It was heavenly.

@@notagain2856 Creambath is not like ordinary spa treatment. It's actually a hair spa treatment in a salon, but they also give head + upper body massage as courtesy. Maybe it looks weird for some foreigners because the massage is on the chair, not bed. But Creambath is definitely great since it can be only found in Indonesia, no others.

The only complaint I ever have with Shili's videos is that I wish they were longer! I'm living vicariously through her relaxation! XD

The subtitles said that the spa lady said that the treatment lasted 90(!) minutes ! Perhaps the translation is wrong, why only show 19 mins of a 90 min massage?

I'm not going to lie but my favorite part of any head massage is when the masseuse gets into the base of the head where the neck meet. I love this and always ask for one when I get a neck massage. It tends to relieve the most tension, especially for a person who sits and works all day in front of a computer.

제가 다른 asmr은 거의 소리만 듣는편인데 시리님 마사지 asmr은 꼭 화면도 같이봐요ㅠㅠ 너무좋아요

@@danniieem2840 - Usually it doesn't. But it can actually hurt for a few seconds depending on your health conditions (especially when the needle is turned).

When my mom was going through her treatments for breast cancer, 23 years ago, acupuncture was the only thing that helped her nausea. When I went through 18 months of chemo (she only had to go through like 12 weeks for a more advanced cancer), beginning in June of 2017, they had figured out pre-medicines to help stop the nausea, and then they essentially medicate you so that you just sleep for the 3 days following your treatment. That is how much they changed and advanced things on the palliative/patient care side of things. But acupuncture is still wonderful for treating the nausea that comes along with breast cancer treatment.

@@danniieem2840The ones between the knuckles, in the outer ears, top of the head and in the ankles were rather annoying.. I have had 67 injections into my knees, shoulder and feet so I am no stranger to needles.. Did not care for acupuncture at all....
