The sounds, the noises, the bright lights, brands changing recipe or package, people around me all the time, having to make eye contact with the employees, too many brands to choose so it's way too many visual things, I get overwhelmed. Mentally and physically fucking exausted. ):

I don't have autism, but I have the same reactions mostly due to my severe anxiety.

Ive been listening to asmr for over 5 years and this is probably one of the best channels i have ever watched. So relaxing! ❤

Thanks Ash, that was extremely calming and soothing. The sounds were very realistic, I could almost feel the combs going through my own hair. Personal attention involving ears or hair is always relaxing.😴💖

I LOVE your videos but all the empty noise makes it hard to listen because it’s so loud here 😭 maybe a background white noise or something? I listened to this one when it wasn’t so loud and it was awesome ❤

Oh no 🙁 There's usually a lot of harsh traffic noises when I film despite it being past midnight, so I tend to have to clean up the audio 😞 which gets rid of the white noise. I'll see what I can do!
