Yes! Scratching is my fave trigger but so many "scratching" videos I click on turn out to be just stroking or rubbing and that sound is the absolute opposite of asmr for me! This video is bliss, I've been falling asleep to it almost every night since it was uploaded

I haven’t listened to this in forever but I would always fall asleep right away every time I listened to this

ASMR became a habit to listen before bed. I can't sleep without at least listening to asmr for half an hour.
