Your channel is super under rated your voice is very soothing. I have ptsd, anxiety, sleep insomnia and bpd so I have troubles sleeping due to trauma and over thinking and often get nightmares and find it hard to sleep this has helped me so much thank you 😊 I hope your following goes up to the millions so people can enjoy your content
