I actually had the Ollivander experience and got my own wand on my 11th birthday funnily enough when me and my family went over to Florida. It was so cool. I remember the guy acting as the Ollivander replacement point out my accent since I'm British and it made more authentic to the film. Just typing this out, I realised that I share it in common with Harry that we got our wands at the age of 11.

36:45 I agree the books/movies didn’t have a very diverse cast, but London is the most multicultural and ethnically diverse country in Europe, you wouldn’t stand out in the slightest. When I was younger I went to school in the suburbs where the kids were white probably proportionally to Harry Potter’s cast (which is also where it was filmed) then I moved to central London and the school was super diverse. My point is that Harry Potter doesn’t represent a whole country
