I have ADHD and some of the things you did in this video reminded me greatly of my actual psychiatric evaluation when I got diagnosed. Touching on the colors and numbers, the pattern recognition. This was a great video!

Yeah I don't think they did much an evaluation on me, see I'm 23 and still as bouncy as I was at 13-14 just will always be a kid at heart.
Love the way you change your glasses out during the exam. So fun! And your voice is so soothing while you sound genuinely interested in your patient.

i was diagnosed with ADHD not too long ago and this is a much more relaxing exam! i was asked about my symptoms and my behavior as a child, and i was so worried i'd be told that i don't have it and my brain was just like that. luckily, that was not the case and my psychologist was wonderful.

I came to the comments looking to see if anyone felt this way too! Made me feel a lot better seeing someone else had a similar experience. That process was so stressful for me (not cuz of the doc either) lol

I was tested and told I don't have it, but I still believe that I do. I think I was just socialized to manage my symptoms from an early age and the signs were missed because they weren't even looked for, because I was a girl who got good grades and liked school (mostly).

Its kinda sad to know so many people get diagnosed so late. I got diagnosed at the age of 6 which is 14 years ago. ADHD does run in the family so that might be why they were on it so quickly but still i am glad i was that fortunate cuz at this point i learned to live with it to the point it doesn’t affect me that much as it used to years ago in my day to day life. I also quit ADHD meds over 2 years ago after taking them for 11 years and i am good.

Still should seek a professional opinion tho if you haven’t already. As someone who’s been diagnosed for almost 16 years i can confirm i am like that as well but still.
i have been clinically diagnosed with ADHD in the past so i know what is wrong with me but despite that, i just had to click on this video and seriously, it was SO calming.
The QUALITY is insaneeee like dang i cannot imagine how long it must take for the video to upload to KZread!
The fact I was noticing the glasses change but not noticing when was bugging me
18:15 - 19:00 I love the close and open your eye trigger, those brief moments when you cover the screen and the screen is completely dark is so relaxing.
This is coming from a girl who has ADHD, you're literally my favorite ASMR KZreadr. Your video's are so relaxing and they make me smile at the same time. Thank you Lizi 😘
Quite frankly i do have ADHD ( got diagnosed 14 years ago at the age of 6) and i think by watching ASMR for the past 4 years it has helped me to concentrate better

Stellar tingles. I had it on in the background while I worked, so I can't speak to the video. But the audio was fantastic. Your voice feels more soft spoken than whispered, and I actually prefer your tone and cadence. Your accent is also conducive to ASMR. I wouldn't change a thing. Also, your recording levels were spot-on. Would that be the mic sensitivity? In any case, well done and thanks for helping to reduce my anxiety.
The eyes close tapping was a the most tingles I’ve felt in a long time!😴
This is my first of your videos and I love how positive and encouraging you are. The glasses were such a fun touch!!
I was diagnosed with adhd with 8 and now im 14. I have one of hardest states of adhd and it took me the whole 6 years to control it with out my medicine and i can't fully control it but it is way better than before. Oh no im starting to tell stories what i want to say is that the asmr is really good for people with adhd and the question part was funny i always said yes except of 3 questions. Good asmr and really good role play!! Keep on going lizi you're amazing

I don't have any anxiety medication right now and this is the only thing that I tried that brought my heart rate down and decreased anxiety. Thank you.❤️
The otoscope in the ears is probably the most tingly sound I have heard in such a long time. oh my gosh 😍😍
The part when you were moving the hammer around fast, while covering the camera here and there literally game me chills throughout my whole head. Wow. Can you maybe make a longer version?
Why is no one talking about the her changing her glasses so smoothly without saying anything 😭😭
i actually fell asleep on my adhd evaluation and they were totally ok with it 😅 this is perfect!
09:33 That was so cute. I love when you don't edit out little mistakes like that and leave it in the video, just makes me love the video even more. 11:59 'you're doing great by the way', it's those little moments like this where you interact with the viewer that makes your ASMR so good and immersive 💯💯❤
You are my favorite asmrist on this platform. Your editing is amazing and it is so clear how passionate you are about this. Thank you so much for sharing these videos with us.
This was an amazing vid. I have ADHD and I had a little trouble with some of the tests lol. You are the best ASMRtist out there Lizi
“ok we are done with the questions” timed perfectly for someone about to skip forward to see if it would be the whole video and is definitely diagnosed w adhd
I love how when she started asking different ADHD questions and I'm here saying yes to all of them 🤣

Lizi u calm me down I wish u well u have helped me a lot with anger and adhd thnx so much
I just have to say it the little plant in the background with the glasses is so cute🤍
Have diagnosed Adhd and its prettty severe but can hyperfixate on things that interest me, like Asmr(but not all asmr vids!, only interesting to me😂😂) and your vids, only my eyes are just getting reallllly sleepy and keep shutting towards the end. 😂😂
i love her changing glasses constantly
The part of the wispering i was like:" WTF ARE YOU SAYIN GIRL"
You’re sooooo amazing My fav asmr girl
I was diagnosed with adhd when I was 7! I'm 23 now so this was definitely interesting to watch. I don't even remember being screened I just had some quirky tendencies such as getting very distracted in a school setting, being very loud and distracting to others without realizing it, I had a weird thing where I would stand at my desk while doing my schoolwork because I needed to be moving at all times. I didn't even realize I was doing it til my 1st grade teacher physically took my chair from me and made stand for so long that I was to tired to stand anymore. As I got older I definitely got very stressed out when it came to dealing with my decision making. I'd overwhelm myself with all the 1000 way it could potentially come out as and that usually stopped me from getting my task done or dealing with certain problems I faced in high-school with other classmates/friends/and family disputes. Now I'm a mom and my 4 year old has signs of it so I'm better equipped to help him through it. I was alone and had to figure it out on my own.
I love this video so muchhh
I generally like a really few asmr artists and I have to say that u are on my favourites ❤️
Onomatopoeia ha! I love it you’re great, Lizi.
