I remember my friends doing this art project for an exposition in a (closed down )women’s prison. They made this installation where you would sit down, put on headphones and they had made a recording of a person getting a tattoo while a projection was beamed down on the persons arm. And the narrator/ tattoo artist told a story about the tattoo. And they had a whole spiel how you would get your arm cleaned with alcohol and how after they would have a link ink stamp they would wrap with plastic like a real tattoo. It was a really awesome project, a real succes on the exposition

Fell asleep to this Friday night, woke up Saturday morning and made my first ever tattoo flash sheet! Thank you for the inspiration, it was so fun!

i feel like erin just goes to the store, buys a nice-looking tube of lipstick, and then builds an entire character around that. "pretty lipstick... snow white? hmm... punk tattoo artist snow white roleplay! of course."

I would love to see a video of her just going through that vintage tattoo book, tracing them and talking!
