I love to watch you cook the stuff
I use marrow to cook my eggs, smear it on bread, or just eat it like that with a touch of hot sauce. I get it fresh from deer, wild pigs, and the bones from the hindquarter bones I get from a meat market a couple towns over.
This reminds me of when I cook artichoke, you have to suck the leaves as you pull one by one the leaves until you get to the best part ,the heart 😋
In ireland we roast bone marrow and it’s good with green leaves and toasted bread

In my opinion the taste is milder.
We Filipinos eat bamboo shoots but i have never tried eating that part before. I wonder what it tastes like.

Bamboo shoots like like they would taste like celery 🤔
