I have been involved in mental health services for about 10 years I'm 29 an have been diagnosed with bpd,depression, anxiety, paranoia an hearing voices I get migraines an panic attacks asmr helps me wind down few hours before sleep your video's are really relaxing an chill me out a good bit of the time check-out rea moon asmr is one my favourites aswell keep up the good work thanks 😊😊😊

I don't comment on videos often, but I follow you on social media, and I saw that you've felt discouraged lately, so I wanted to leave a note for once. I am CONVINCED you will hit 100k this year. Your content is absolutely brilliant. It's pretty obvious to see how much time and effort goes into each video, even when the views aren't as high as they should definitely be. You deserve to have a larger audience and the recognition your work calls for. The algorithm isn't kind, but we've got your back, and your efforts WILL pay off, I'm sure of it. Keep at it, James. Thanks for all you do, you're a wonderful artist, and I can't wait to see what you come up with next!

It's the little things that make it for me. "Scales should be right in front of you... yup that's them.", explaining the balance test at the end, "have you considered you may be dead?", asking about taking a survey about the trial at the end, it's all just so very interactive and realistic I've watched this one 3 times today

James, you give more in depth advice than many real doctors. Beautiful voice and presence and super quality ASMR videos. Thank you for making these videos 😊.

@@JamesMatthewASMR Big brain idea- Collaborate with some doctors and therapists. Present to some medical conferences. Perhaps there are techniques you use in your videos that doctors could reasonably implement. You could develop an online class to teach positive patient interaction. Cheering this on bc realistically, positive patient interaction and reducing medical anxiety would HAVE to improve health outcomes. (Right? I've not researched it, but it makes sense.)

The ASMR program 1 with all the echo.... aaahhhhhh! Brain numb!!! Fantastic!! I was actually surprised at the level of tingle I got. Brilliant

Good and bad news - my neck is dead but my wrist is alive and well lol, love your medical roleplays and often find myself falling asleep before the end (please don't take it the wrong way lol). Have also found myself revisiting your older clips as well. Keep it going and I'll keep watching.

I have only been following your KZread channel for a few months and I find so relaxing. I do not watch any other asmr videos anymore other than yours. Even when I'm out shopping I will put my headphones on and just listen as having Aspergers I sometimes find shopping overwhelming. Listening to your videos when shopping really helps me and keeps me calm. Just want to say thank you and I hope you continue doing these videos for a long time to come.

Happy New Year James! I'm sure great things will come in 2022. My advice (although I'm definitely not in a position to be giving it to you) would be to keep posting regularly, engage with people in the community, and continue to comment on other ASMRtist's videos as their subscribers will see you and (ideally) check out your channel. Remain optimistic, the 100k will be reached before you know it 😊 And another superb video - I love the trial, I wished that happened in real life 😅 and the different sounds and triggers were so relaxing!
