I'm sorry to hear about your breakout troubles, Lauren! I remember when I was a teenager, every oil/petroleum-based chapstick would make me breakout in pimples around my mouth. Once I discovered that wax-based lip balms (like Burt's Bees) didn't make me break out, I switched and now my lips are hydrated and pimpleless! I hope you find something that works for you! We still love you, pimples or no pimples!

Hey Lauren! I suffer from rosacea too, the one thing that really helped me with it was Azelaic acid booster cream from Paula’s Choice! I used to suffer from cystic acne and after a cycle of Accutane, i was left with terrible rosacea. The cream is a bit pricey but it goes a long way and with consistent use it really helps with redness and breakouts. Just a suggestion!! 💞

I have to take breaks from ASMR other wise I don’t get tingles. Lauren is always the first video I watch back

Girl! Another pregnant momma here. But Nipple cream, specifically Lansinoh Lanolin, and it has been working wonders for my lips. It hasn’t been irritating anything and you only need a little for it to work. It’s also dye free etc. so hopefully it wouldn’t irritate your skin

If you can get a product called O’Keefes lip balm - it is fantastic Lauren. I have issues with the corners of my mouth splitting from something called angular chelitis and that stuff really helps in between my antibiotic cream x

I have the same problem with chapsticks. I have to be very careful or I’ll have a breakout around my mouth. I use aquafor tube chapstick and I haven’t had reactions with that!

i can relate to what you have with your lips. i have neurodermatitis and it breaks out everywhere, even around my lips. i figuered out that lotion specifically for my neurodermatitis helps with it pretty good. you could give it a try and maybe it works

Try pure olive oil or almond oil for your lips, it might help ❤

Congrats on the pregnancy. My wife and I have talked about having kids pretty much since we first hooked up nearly 12 years ago. We almost gave it a chance at the beginning, when we were foolish 18 year olds with no clue about the real world... As we got older, we figured it wouldn't a particularly great idea. Beyond financial concerns, the two of us have a lot of health concerns that would be guaranteed to pass onto the child, and goodness knows we wouldn't want that. Plus my wife has a really low pain threshold, so she'd never be able to handle everything the female body goes through from conception to birth. My mom said we'd make great parents, and we'd love the kid more than life itself, but it probably isn't on the cards for us.

No the Eczema thing is so real. I have large patches and boy oh boy are they hard to deal with. I have it under my eye and on my birthmark (goes into my eye (yes it actually does if you lift my eye lid you can see)) and makeup is so hard to put on it. I have a face forward job so I have to do it, the dr prescribed ointment did NOT help only thing that helps is Vaseline.

You’d be so surprised on how well virgin coconut oil will work for your skin, I use it for my lips and any dry areas of skin and it works wonders

It’s a scar! My eye doctor said it’s likely from sunburn which sounds weird to me!! It showed up randomly but the eye doc said that because I don’t wear sunglasses in the sun it can cause scarring I guess! It doesn’t affect my vision at all luckily :)
