If you have an iPhone go to timer and alarm and scroll all the way down to "stop playing", if you set it to a certain amount of time it'll just act as a sleep timer. Android probably has something similar

it requires lots of breath control and jaw stability, she’s really talented. it’s usually easier to manage whilst singing with your head voice. try practising keeping your jaw as still as possible it makes for a cleaner vibrato!

What the other person said! Also, practice switching between 2 keys or pitches or whatever they're called lol. That's basically what a vibrato is but at a quicker pace. So practice at different speeds. Start slower and speed it up as you go. Hope that helps! (:
