Yes! The more natural the movements and talking/sounds, the better it works for me. Overdone tapping and slow, spit-ticky speech actually pull me out of the moment because it's unnatural.

That background hum is actually really nice through my headphones. Since you mentioned before that there's construction going on outside near your house, I'm wondering if perhaps there's a well being drilled nearby...? (My husband is in the industry and it's such a long, loud droning, lol!)
