The OLDER zebco 202s are beasts. Cant break them. I finally got into baitcasters and im not sure what took me so long. But nothing in my heart can change the love i have for flyfishing for brookies and browns in northern west virginia. Dry flyfishing for native trout. Is amazing

You are doing it the right way.The pencil method lets the line unspool without any line twist as long as you keep some tension on the spool. You never want to "uncoil" line off the spool as it will be full of twists. I think Bill Dance is still on TV. He is from Tennessee.

"bad weather" is actually a great time to go fishing. the fish don't bite as well on bright sunny days. if you really want to go on a bright day, use a weightless senko, Texas rigged.

Aiden Aguirre actually the sunny days are better. U need to find a shady spot. At my lake during the Summer all the fish hind under the docks or a big tree so it is good catching. I have caught 7 fish in 30 minutes

Over cast after a rainy day is perfect. My local pond floods a bit when it rains and the fish (which I have no idea how they got here) will go crazy for trout magnets.

I am new to your channel but this is a great video! I prefer ASMR that involves learning about things and I am clueless about fishing so this was great. Very educational! So do you eat the fish you catch? Is this common? What do you enjoy about fishing? Have you ever considered a full video about why you fish and what fishing involves (i.e. bait, rods, um... line...and er... other equipment that you need..)? So like Fishing 101? Thank you though - great channel!

@Jakeah18 This is not an instructional video, nowhere does it claim to be one, it's an ASMR video. The point is to relax and experience ASMR not learn about fishing. Fishing is her hobby, she does it when she wants it an how she wants it so if she doesn't want to fish in the rain or during winter she doesn't have to. It's about enjoying yourself and doing something you like ....you should try it sometimes unless being a pretentious asshole on the internet is your hobby.

They can still criticize it, and if u perceived it as them saying it like an asshole, that is ur own fault. or maybe it is just how it was wrote, or they just didn’t mean to put it as an asshole, or like I said u are the one that could’ve just token it that way.
