GX 120 / GX 120-ME gas-driven fastening tool.
This is troubleshooting instructions for quick and cheap repair damaged GX-120 fastener magazine.
The tool, gas can and fasteners form a single technical unit. This means that the tool can achieve optimum fastening performance only when used in conjunction with the Hilti fasteners and gas cans specially designed and manufactured for it. The fastening and application recommendations given by Hilti apply only when these conditions are observed.
The tool is for hand-held use only.
The tool may be operated, serviced and repaired only by trained personnel. This personnel must be informed of any special hazards that may be encountered.

Может подскажете, аппарат не даёт искру, батарейки поменяли, ток по плате расходится и по пьезо тоже но только в момент разблокировки ствола. Потом искры нет

Естественно, нужно смотреть. Я могу только предполагать, что-то. Искра должна быть ТОЛЬКО в момент полной готовности. Вы пишите, что в разобранном состоянии всё работает. Смотрите, что происходит при сборе ствола возле кнопки Reset. Проверьте контакты пьезо в камере. В видео нет этого, но я разбирал его полностью и камеру тоже.

@@xVoLAnD искры нет вообще, и ток расходится только в момент "складывания ствола" при подготовке к выстрелу..

@@user-kj2zd8nx2e Так и должно быть. Искра появляется в момент складывания. Это сделано для безопастности.

@@user-kj2zd8nx2e Если искры совсем нет, тогда проверьте контакты пьезо. Они могу быть покрыты окислами, как в зажигалке. Я чистил всё-всё. Само устройство было куплено за ОЧЕНЬ дешево, потому что не работало.

@@user-kj2zd8nx2e Кстати, если ваше устройство купленно у официалов, то оно имеет ПОЖИЗНЕННУЮ гарантию! Мне так официалы сказали, когда я звонил и хотел уточнить цены на запчасти, если что.

Not my idea of a repair.. more like bastardizing the thing. Hacking out the safety feature instead of fixing it? 🤦♂️

As you can understand, this is not my device. I offered the client three options from which he chose this one. This video, will be useful to others, just to see the inner workings of the device. Moreover, this device has two protections against accidental use. So, I don't accept your claim.
