I really do apreciate multi language channels like this, i find korean extremely relaxing when in drawing or reading but struggle with intrusive thoughts at night and need things i can follow along to in my head. Two for one asmr-tist, gotta love her 💜

I've been dealing with a lot of stress and subsequently losing a lot of sleep as a result. Having chronic insomnia doesn't help matters much either. It's been difficult, what I've been going through.
