I remember how relaxed I was when I went to acupuncture with my mom, I definitely recommend it. I would say make sure you go to an Asian doctor because it's their culture, so they do it with so much care and understanding of how it should be done vs someone who just learned the technique.

I was also surprised at how relaxing it felt even with the needles in and all. The lady who did it is a doctor and she was so warm I’m going back soon 🙌🏽

Not at all, it’s like a very very slight prick when they insert it. But once it’s on, you can’t feel anything

Do you speak any mandarin ? I’m curious about the language barrier when you go to clinics where they don’t speak English
