This is so very helpful! Could you do a future video to send healing reiki energy to the liver and pancreas? 80% of the US population is either pre-diabetic or diabetic. These vital organs could really benefit from your gift.❤

Oh clarification: doing a 3day fast since it’s been a while. But consistantly each Sunday I go for a 24h fast

@JackB77789 that makes sense now! Hopefully your 3 day fast is going well! Today is my last day of doing keto diet for 12 weeks. Tomorrow I’m slowly integrating carbohydrates back into my diet

@JackB77789 thank you so much 😊 I can see it and feel it too. I went in for a weigh in on Sunday and confirmed that I’m losing body fat while simultaneously building muscle (that’s my goal) keto was actually not hard when it came to cooking because I ate a lot of the same foods (eggs, bacon, steak). I’ll be interested to see how my body feels the next couple of days as I slowly give myself carbs again lol 😂
I’m always shocked how you seem to know. I’ll admit I don’t understand the timeless thing ❤
