You are invited to a new ASMR reiki and sleep session. Today I'm going to pull out all the negative energy from your body and collect them in a box. And I will send them out of this world with special reiki and spiritual cleansing techniques.

Now let me explain all the techniques I used in this session, please.
Reiki ; It is a method of healing tired energies with hand movements made in the air without touching the body. At least that's how I like to do it. The techniques of writing reiki symbols on the body are also one of the most popular and effective ways of this method. That's why you will often see such triggers in the video.
Plucking negative energy ; I will use this technique to pull negative energy out of your body. And when I do that, you'll hear layered sounds like I'm really pulling in energy.
Collecting negative energy ; After removing the negative energies, I will collect them in a special box. And then I will try to clean them with the special reiki necklace. I'm sure you'll love this part!
Spiritual cleansing ; I will try to heal the bad energy in your soul with various special techniques. I will do this especially with word repetitions and unintelligible whispers.
Aura checking ; I will control your aura with my hands to analyze the energy density in your body. You can see that in the first part of the session.
ASMR for sleep ; After the spiritual energy cleansing and reiki session is over, I will give you a very relaxing sleep treatment. In this way, you will feel peaceful and you will be able to fall asleep easily.

I think this is your best Reiki video yet. It put me in such a deep sleep, and I was so soooo relaxed from this. You keep outdoing yourself! I love the Ending of these too. It’s so quiet and in the case you may wake up, the fireplace sounds make you fall back asleep. 💚💚💚

I have to let you know that your videos have helped me a lot... I didn't even know what reiki was but before watching your videos I was someone who was always stressed and couldn't be able to relax and my anxiety was getting way worse lately but these have helped me somehow I've had so much stress at work and home too that it was giving me insomnia and when I was finally able to sleep I used to have nightmares so my only way of being able to sleep was through ASMR, after watching your videos it's been almost a week where I've been able to sleep easier and I've been less stressed in my daily life. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for putting time stamps and video explanations in your descriptions. Like, consistently. You don’t know how grateful I am for it; I read them through and use them all the time to help me find exactly which triggers I need in that moment.
