Vaping is chill in most countries if you were driving in Slovakia or Czech Republic it's required because we have some psychos on the roads and you need to like vape to not blow up from rage.

Morocco has approved an application that will allow all Moroccan lorry drivers to work in Spain without the need to validate their licences, sorry but in netherlands you can't. You must be EU
