I could not sleep at ALL last night! I’m telling you, i wasn’t tired in the least bit. I put this on & barely made it 5 minutes into the video. I was KNOCKED. My husband woke me up asking if i was whispering in my sleep bc i had my phone beside my pillow & all he could hear was the talking. You’re better than melatonin!!
