The reveal that the “friendliest freds” have been talking to us, the viewer, and that the viewer has been a Fred this whole time makes me feel like every video has been part of a universe completely populated with Freds. Freds looking for candles, for ice cream, for coffee, etc etc all Freds.

​​@@m0-m0597 You're correct. It's perfectly fine to have explosive form with lat raises, especially when going heavy. As long as you control the eccentric for 2secs or longer(like he was doing).

This makes me actually want to go to the gym.. Thank you for motivating me in a weird way 😅

Literally JUST got a gym membership earlier this week. This one hit home on timing.

New video idea: Blanket store/pillow store and our point of view is us testing the blankets and pillows (maybe bed sheets and pillow cases as well) with ambient music playing in the background. Also thankyou so much for these videos I listen to them every night for sleep, I couldn’t sleep without them.
