I do that often as well, but figured it was a good way to relax my eyes for a bit. I hope it's not bad!! haha I did it while watching this video and ended up seeing a very nice 3D effect at times.

Okay i have to say this video was awesome and absolutely weird for me. I've had double vision since i was young and had it treated a few years ago, but when I get particularly tired my eyes go back to seeing double. so halfway through this video I had the great experience of seeing three to four images at the same time. that through me for a loop for the rest of the video till I could get my eyes to focus again.

This gave me severe flashbacks to having months of double vision after my strabismus surgery a few years ago. 😟😟😟

I have voluntary nystagmus, this is kind of what it looks like. Usually just a bit blurry. Strangely enough, I only see three faces instead of four when looking at this video. You would expect it to double.

Top tip the right hand side of your eye can see closer that your left so the right hand side is the real image
