I think she's making the sounds with the other hand - the one we can't see... If she has a plastic/wooden/glass/etc. Object on the table, she can tap on that simultaneously with the hand on her/the viewer's face 😄

Im not sure who was the first to do this, but Benio Asmr did "my face is plastic" like a week ago. So I know it wasn't Gibi (even though I do really like her's) that came up with this idea. I'll have to check it out. Edit: So tons of asmrtists have done this and so far Eevy asmr is the oldest one I've found. Her's is over a year old. Double Edit: Well I could've saved myself a lot of time if I would've checked the description first. Anyway Gibi credits Seafoam Kitten's asmr for being the original. And apparently it was all the way back to 2017.

OMG FINALLY SOMEONE WHO DID A FULL VIDEO OF THIS! I saw this on goodnight moon's channel a while back and it was just a short segment, but i loved it! I REALLY hope this trigger catches on because I love it, its so tingly!

It was so tingly when you scratch the wood it felt like there was a tight headband on my head and the way you “touch my face” it was tingly like omg the talent in ASMR is so cool keep up the good work Gibi! By the way your so gorgeous and pretty and stunning! My favorite face textures is wood, plastic, cork, and bristles but every one was amazing! Even your smile brings a sunset my way, your smile is so sweet 😭❤️

Could you try some little dot to dots or do some colouring from a colouring book and trace the drawings with your fingers and tap the books. That sounds really odd but it’s so relaxing to watch. Love you Gibi

Tip for getting tingles I never got them without headphones so get some good quality headphones 🎧 that look like that make sure they are right in ur ears and yeah u should get tingles

I saw one of these a while back on Moonlight tingles's channel as a short! I love this trend so much!

Probably visuals. I imagine it's easier to record the visuals, then tap along afterwards with a visual aid, rather than making the sounds first and then trying to time your taps on video by ear.

Its always kinda been like that! Heather feather started the cranial nerve exam, somebody else started the light triggers. It just wasnt as diverse as it is now!
