Hi, guys! Today I dry-aged salmon from Costco and made a Salmon Cake! 🥹🧡 (My birthday is right around the corner, so I made it for myself!) I also brought dried pollack seaweed soup mom made for me! I’m a huge fan of salmon, so after making this salmon cake today, I was somehow proud 😂 I made the foundation with half kelp noodles, and half sushi rice, and topped it with salmon! I was dying to eat salmon noodles as well, so I put on a few slices of salmon too! Since I dry-aged the salmon, it was just so chewy and when I bit into it, it just melted away! It was so flavorful and worth all the time and trouble! For the salmon, I referenced videos on KZread and dry-aged that way! It didn’t take a lot of effort, but it did take me some time, so it was torture to wait for it to be done! 😳 I liked eating the kelp noodles with the sauce and salmon, but my favorite was definitely the salmon rice bowl! It was just incredible! 🫢👍🏻 With the sauce, it was just so delicious, and the salmon just melted away in a few bites! 🧡 It was such a satisfying meal!
