I have anxiety like that too. ASMR is great help. And if you ever find yourself in a anxiety attack, remember that they go away. And your not dying. When I first had one I thought I was dyeing. I cried for 2 hours and would not leave the house for a week. It always gets better. Anyways, sorry for my rant.

Please look into earthing, check for magnesium deficiency.., cbd oil, L theanine.., wim hof breathing method... tried all of them and currently sleeping grounded.., doing the breathing method.., supplementing magnesium glycinate and cbd oil have improved my anxiety alot.., i'm not a doctor so always check with your doctor for supplementing and i hope any of them help...

Whenever I feel like I can’t get tingles, I always go to a video by Rose ASMR called “2 roses 1 mic” and skip to about 4:34. I never get through the whole thing because my back is tensing up from all the tingles!

Literately me when I got a notification for her video!

At one point I felt tingles so much the muscles in my back contracted a bit and I twitched out of position involuntary. It’s so cool that audio can trigger things like that and essentially she was basically moving me without even touching me

This...is amazing. Especially the cups, bring those back! :)
