bruh i hate how much they force reels down ur throat on instagram i wish they’d add an option to turn them off cuz i only use the app for texting but end up subconsciously scrolling through reels☠️

idk what kind of phone u have or if it’s available on other phones, but on iphones u can set a timer and instead of it ringing, it’ll “stop playing,” which means the whole device will just lock its screen (turn off the screen).
