I never thought to listen to ASMR while doing physical therapy... I tried music but found it too distracting when trying to keep count/time of my exercises. Now I'm eager to try some ASMR instead! Thanks for the idea 😊

This is a combination of one of my favorite triggers and my favorite theme. I love anything medieval or fantasy for ASMR and even though I don't wear it, skincare/cosmetic application sounds are top tier triggers. The props and lighting are fantastic and really bring everything together. This video is very well done. Your stuff is seriously some of the best ASMR content out there. Keep it up!

I tried to enjoy the atmosphere, but the absolutely new age terms just threw my mind back to reality. You put so much effort to the visuals, but the language is absolutely 21 sentuary.
