I'm literallly never going to stop saying this. THE AMOUNT OF EFFORT HE PUTS INTO RESEARCHING FOR HIS VIDEOS IT MAKES ME WANT TO SCREAM AT THE KZread ALGORITHM... he needs to be recommended to more people seriously

My favorite part is the short bit of narrated visualization "maybe it's a beach... soft ocean waves lapping... maybe you're walking through a lush green forest... the forest floor crunching underfoot... " I could listen to that on a loop forever. So relaxing 😴
