Hold up, since when is a facial lift not a surgical procedure?! Granted I’m no plastic surgeon, but I’m pretty sure that pulling the skin up using surgical techniques qualifies as surgery.

There are different ways to achieve a lift of the face, some of them completely non-invasive like Gua Sha or different massage techniques, e.g. lymphatic drainage massage. None of those methods bring the same very much noticeable results as actual surgical face lifts though, but there is a variety of possible treatments to get even just minimal changes.
