Tons of comments telling me to get and use the tool wheel! I have it but didn't use it during the video and here's why: I play 99% of the time in handheld mode on my switch. In order to record this I had to use the Nintendo Pro controller, which felt very unfamiliar and I didn't feel comfortable enough with it to easily switch through the commands. It's amazing what even a small change in hand feel can do! You'll notice several times in the video I actually even look down at my hands to make sure I'm pressing the "+" key correctly. I was out of my usual element with this one- I'm sure if I do another one of these I'll practice a bit with the pro controller first to make sure I'm well versed for filming. ;)

Terri Peele I think if you go to Harv’s island. You can Purchases the default furniture of the studio from the catalogue. That’s how I got a coach and spot lights.

The thing I really miss in this new version is Brewster, visiting him in the museum and buying coffee was my fav pastime.

I think it’s so nice that you recorded this when it was night in the game! Everyone else is recording the game when it’s in the day and while there’s nothing wrong with that, it makes it harder to get sleepy with such bright colors and lights. I just think having the game at night for ASMR makes it better for the video. Thank you for recording this at night and it was an amazing video! I watched all of it and I hope to see more soon ❤️❤️

I'm pretty sure (though probably not accurate) it depends what time is it when they record their gameplay, so she was playing Animal Crossing probably at night whilst other asmrtist played in the morning/noon/afternoon

Reading comments has reminded me that there was an article about how many people are feeling...I don't want to say "depressed," but certainly anxious because others have "better" houses or more things. It's kind of like the social media effect, where people feel down about themselves when comparing to others. This is actually why, despite my previous comment, I don't actually like looking at anyone else's stuff. XD

I felt that way, but I had to make myself understand that most people started way earlier than me, so I had to wait for things to come together. And slowly but surely, I finally have a 5 star island that is still improving.😁

I never understood why I felt like that, but seeing so many other amazing islands makes me feel a bit unmotivated to “fix” mine, but im working on it! I completely restarted my island for a fresh start

I remember when I got my switch. It was sold out everywhere. I drove around for like 2 hours in different cities trying to find one. I eventually did. Anyways, moral of the story, just keep looking and don’t get discouraged, you’ll find one eventually. ☺️

Starry if you don't want a full switch then instead get a small Nintendo switch lite. Its almost 200 cheaper they only drawback then it just doesn't connect to your TV

It’s definitely pricy, but I was able to order a switch thru Target and I got the switch lite which is cheaper and can still run 95% of games. You can get it through target’s website if you’re interested

William Henry I live in New York and Target had some that they could deliver, I’m not sure if they’ll have it everywhere, but I was able to get a switch lite from them, it’s $100 cheaper and can still run most games. Stay strong and positive when possible

Idk if anyone has said this yet but if you hold "B" while dialogue is happening it speeds it up, and if you mash "A" while crafting it also speeds it up ❤ I was dieing to speed those up haha so hopefully that helps.

I find that pressing L on my switch speeds up dialogue. I think I tried pressing B once and I didn't notice a difference but for some reason L or ZL speeds up talking

0:54 - whenever I see ALB in my feed, i always think of this small part in this video. Intensely calming tingles. The sound, and the visual of your fingers has a melting effect.

I love seeing other's islands so much! People get so creative with the items available and custom patterns, it's really calming and inspiring. The perfect asmr game 💚

i know getting those eggs can be pretty annoying sometimes, especially when you need materials. but you can make some good money off of them! usually what i do is make the bunny day clothes and they go for twice as much as they would if you just sold the eggs alone! hope maybe this helped
