The goal for my channel is to keep things simple, organic, and focused on triggers, because those are my favorite types of ASMR videos. I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

I think this is my favourite video of yours! Your whispering is so relaxing and I especially loved the box tapping chapter - the soft tapping and the gentle scratching is incredibly soothing.

I'm not a fan of crinkly plastic sounds, but I'm so glad I stuck with it because after the bag was gone, it was so relaxing.

i got that from earthbound trading co! its not real opal, i think it was just like 10 or so dollars. i get a lot of my fashion/costume jewelry there. 😊
