"adjustments" (w.e that means cause none of this is actually moving anything) are semi dangerous. Really, these people should be in physical therapy and doing long term stretching. Cause this provides temporary relief for a few hours. But theyll be going back foe decades

The intensity of the gentleman with the white headband cannot be matched. I don’t think I would survive such an adjustment 😂😂😂

There are three types of people 1) The ones who work with a purpose. 2) The ones just trying to get cracks out of you. 3) The ones that have the (high) potential to hurt you.

The one that really stands out to me is Pink Barber. He clearly just has NO business doing this to a human being, especially one with scoliosis and ESPECIALLY when you compare him with the extraordinarily talented individuals Timur normally visits. The muscular guy seems that he knows what he's doing, also the women. The guy with the headband seemed dangerously eager to do it, but as for the rest Timur choose all the best meisters of the practice.

The neck cracks!!!!! So relieving and tingly

The toughest looking one seemed to come across as the most gentle one (like he knew he could easily break him)

The popping itself isn't a problem, but I'd be concerned with overextended joints and muscle instability. Especially in the neck area

Вообще такие действия противопоказаны, т.к могут вызвать защемления межпозвоночных дисков и межпозвоночную грыжу, а также когда мы хрустим шеей, то хрустим всеми соединениями вместе. И в результате хруста в одной зоне чувствуем временное облегчение, а другие травмируем. И ещё да, хрустеть спиной и суставами безопасно! Но будьте осторожны, ведь во время резкого щелчка можно защемить нерв или растянуть мышцу.
