~Answers for FAQ~
1. I have been living in Japan for several years now. I'm a first SPA reviewer in Japan, entrepreneur, digital content creator and professional exercise avoider hehe
2. For privacy, I prefer to keep my ethnicity, real name, address in private. You can call me Twix!
3. Why "Twix"? Me and my sister work on the channel together. As you know Twix chocolate bar has 2 pieces. My sister AKA Camsis is behind the camera. So we thought it would be fair If I add my sister's name. So that is how ASMR Twix is born.
4. Camsis prefers to work behind the camera. I hope you will respect her decision. Please don't worry about Camsis! She gets her own sessions off camera whenever she likes.
5. I don't get treatments as often as I post them frequently. I balance treatments schedule considering my skin and health condition.
6. I don't upload "Whispering" and "No talking" videos. Only Soft spoken!
7. All the places I show on this channel are not sponsored, they're collab videos.
I have collaborated with more than 150 beauty and health establishments in Japan. When I get sponsorship, I mention it as sponsored according to KZread sponsorship terms and conditions.
8. You can visit all these relaxing places on my channel. 90% of the time there are special discounts or sometimes special gifts just for my subscribers. Mention "ASMR Twix" in the beginning of your session to use it.
9. Many of you worry about hair types, language barrier or just being nervous. BUT we always make sure to ask about these concerns in the videos. All of these places are foreigner welcomed spa and salons. All require booking beforehand!
10. How to book? Book via Instagram, website or phone call beforehand. Instagram is easiest and fastest way of booking in my opinion.
11. 80% of these spa and salons are women only. Sorry but that's not my fault and I hope you will respect their decision. But male customer can visit with female partner/friend in most of these places. Please make sure to check it whether it's women only spa or not. Easiest way of asking is sending a dm via Instagram!
12. Do I have any other social media? I upload self care, funny and more Japanese cultural content on Instagram too! Follow me on @asmr.twix / asmr.twix
13. My P.O. Box:Japan,Tokyo, Shibuya-ku, Dougenzaka 2-15-1, Noa Dougenzaka 309 room
Name:Sakura Nippon

Not gonna lie I started watching these videos for relaxation. Then I realized I was learning how to massage different parts of the body, and how to do so without making myself completely exhausted. Now? I use that to help my mom and kids relax after a hard day and they’ve not only become happier, but I’ve noticed an improvement in their health as well!

Having worked in pain management for over 16+ yrs. I can tell this lady is very knowledgeable in the body's dynamics. She's like an exercise physiologist, physical therapist, massage therapist, and osteopath all in one! Also love her soothing tone of voice and her style as well. Wish I could see her because my hips are tight from sitting at a desk all day long. Very good video. Thanks for sharing. 😊

The massage was wonderful of course, but the training at the end was AMAZING. I have been a physical therapy patient and good PT is life changing. I love the way her space is set up! The resistance bands with moveable holds, specifically then used in a way that helps you achieve really beneficial stretching or yoga pose but also allows you to strengthen the muscles and learn what the position and movement should feel like in your body ❤ Twix, you could see the improvements with each repetition of the stretch! And her energy is lovely. new hero.

I think that this lady is looking for a thorough body stretching and releasing of clenched nerves and unblocking of lymph flow. All of which leads to all over body health. A physio therapy person is targeting their efforts usually to specific areas, so there is no balance to the attack. Hence that odd feeling and discomfort. You may want to see if there is someone in your therapist's practice who can do all over massage.

Everyone is always very respectful and mindful of everybody's comfort level. They're there to help and I love that you demonstrate this, especially within this video.

But now they opened gym next to my building, so I think I should ask about personal training. I think it would be beneficial since I have spinal deformity, and normally everything hurts, maybe gentle exercise would help.

I do love these videos for the relaxing sounds of the soft spoken voices, watching the the head spas and other amazing treatments, etc. In the U.S. there is only one state a head spa is even available and that is in California. The prices of all these services are out of the realm of possibility for most viewers. 😊. I absolutely love the ASMR value, but to watch, and want, and need all these services that are totally out of reach can be frustrating . I KNOW what the purpose of these videos are. Just stating what I feel sometimes when i watch. I’ve been a faithful follower of ASMR Twix for years and that won’t change. Please trolls, leave me alone. I’m just sharing personal feelings 🙏

This was so nice and relaxing. I almost feel like I did all of the exercises and stretches myself haha.

There have been studies about watching athletes, and sometimes people really do get some muscle activity that mirrors what they watch. I guess that is sort of like athletes visualizing their moves, except with actual video. So watching massage and exercise might really do a little bit for us, by our brains and muscles getting into it.

very cool, like the mix between the message and movement stretches. Really seems like opening up the full range of motion.
